Cancellation Policy

Group and Wedding Transportation

• An initial payment of fifty percent (50%) must be paid at the time of booking.
• Balance due thirty days (30) prior to date of transportation or event.

Cancelation Policy

• If canceled fourteen or later than fourteen (14) days prior to event or transportation date a refund of fifty percent (50%) will be issued.
• If canceled seven (7) days prior to event or transportation there will be no refund.

Private and Custom Tours

• If canceled more than five days in advance of the tour date. A full refund will be issued.
• If canceled within four days to two days prior to the tour date a fifty percent (50%) refund will be issued.
• If canceled less than forty eight (48) Hours prior to tour date no refund will be issued.

In the event that weather cancels the boats to the island a credit for the tour will be issued to be used at a later date.
